Ann Van Impe

BASF Services Europe in Berlin provides Finance and Human Resources services for more than 170 BASF Group companies throughout Europe. I support the European team by processing the applications for the Belgian, Dutch and UK locations. I also take part in telephone interviews with applicants, and provide input in order to structure the internal Knowledge Management.

From December 2013 - April 2014 I worked part-time at the office of Flying Service Ghent. Me and my colleague were responsible for the attraction, selection and training of employees. We also made sure to select the right group of employees for all kinds of events. Our main goal is to keep our clients satisfied. From May 2013 - December 2013 I was team leader at all kinds of events (reception, weddings, hotels, ..). I worked on the field as a professional waiter.

I support a Senior Consultant or Research Consultant in the search for key executives who will make a difference for our customers. I define and implement the recruitment strategies, track down the candidates and handle the first screening by telephone. Evaluation: 16/20
