Define and ensure the implementation of the change management measures during the biggest End to End optimization project of the P2P Stream

• Manage the takeover of the Finance and Accounting services by the the Berlin service center from French, Swiss and Belgian BASF entities • Conduct the change management • Lead and brief the Process Expert team

• Analyze and adapt French, Swiss and Belgian BASF companies processes to the Service Center “To-Be” model • Ensure streamlined international implementation of SAP processes - Identify and communicate SAP requirements to the IT team - Test the system - Train employees to the new SAP system and processes

• Support accountants from a French BASF company, document accounting processes • Book incoming payments • Perform dunning processes – letters and phone • Manage customer credit limit within the BASF guideline

• Definition of the company sales policy • Statistics analysis and market development • Customer support and care • New business generation

• Analyze market tendency, consumer needs and product performance • Develop and animate the product ranges - dairy (60 million € /Y and 200 references) - grocery (50 million €/Y and 400 references) • Plan commercial action and define the supports
