• Facilitate empowerment and microfinance project activities in rural areas of northwest India • Research, plan and implement project activities in the area of micro- finance, and assist the Project Managers in project management/ operations • Monitor, evaluate and report on the project activities to the Project Coordinator and ensure the quality and variety of project activities • Assisting in the creation, updating and management of project manuals and plans

- Providing assistance to the Communications Officer in updating the UNDP Washington Office website (us.undp.org) - Working with the Communications officer in the formulation and implementation of new media and web strategies - Audio/Video recording and editing for webcasts - Researching materials from UNDP intranet and other sources for publication on the website - Assisting in other outreach related activities of the office

- Assisting clients in the selection, implementation and production support of application packaged solutions - Effectively integrating packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results - Analyzing and documenting business processes - Developing SAP finance concepts for the financial reporting - Supporting the testing of the systems and processes - Implementing the customer specific requirements

- Project management, implementation and support - Close cooperation with Business and Market Units and Group Functions and coordination of the information flow - Leading the design of the financial processes - Supervising the global business processes and operation and yield propositions to increase the company value - Initializing and organizing of trainings to enhance the capabilities of the Business and Market Units - Creating process documentations of the global business processes

- Advising clients which use the SAP Treasury module application - Designing a test environment for the Treasury Module and administering the customizing of the module for tests - Contributing to the formulation of the IFRS business concept for capital investments for international clients

- Managing the sub- project implementation of the ERP software SAP Finance/ Controlling - Directing the implementation of the ERP software ‘Asset Management’ - Building up and coordinating the entire ERP software operations - Designing operations manuals and process definition handbooks for the software operations - Planning and coordinating the upgrading of the SAP functionalities of the group

- Process enhancement and standardization for global insurance companies - Software selection and consulting - Designing, implementing and testing of the economic SAP applications for the insurance industry - Educating and coaching of the international clients

- Project participation in the financial accounting sector in a leading insurance company - Designing and developing financial management reports - Mapping the accounting of pension funds and foundations within the ERP software SAP - Managing the project office of an international project - Preparing reports to analyse the management and financial controlling of an international bank, and designing an IT landscape thereof
