Anna Lynn Milner

Liaising closely with Buying and Product Management teams, as well as other external suppliers worldwide, I am responsible for delivering the Men’s and Women’s bag, belts and small leather goods content across the Esprit’s Global channels each month. Delivering between 10 and 40 options per months per product class. I design and develop content with our target audiences in mind whilst retaining excellent trend research and market observation.

As a consultant freelance that provided stitch and sew product development, from concept ideation to production for both the Men and Women Accessories sector. All aspects of product development were managed, from design, development and sourcing. As a contractor, I regularly worked with high street and small brand companies providing refreshing and new innovative concepts.

As part of a 4 strong product design team it was my responsibility to manage the Accessories design and development. I regularly created visualisation for new GHD products, including packaging and print. I organised brainstorming sessions and workshops to help create exciting new content angles and ways for the company to enhance its reputation amongst target audiences.

Assisting the Head of Menswear with basic administrative requirements, including filing, contacting suppliers and general communication with department Manager, tracking and sending samples and ensure all samples are well maintained. Examine weekly best and worst sellers whilst fully liaising with merchandising department.
