- Qualifications gained in genomics-based technologies and analytical methods in health care - Data analysis including R, Python and bioinformatic tools -Thesis project: Comparison of Different Computational Tools for RNA Sequencing Data Analysis from Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells exposed to Osteoinductive PLDLA Scaffolds. - Lab based work in cell culture and molecular techniques such as RNA isolation, PCR and c-DNA synthesis.

Worked on a two part project with molecular and bioinformatic techniques for the identification of the Droshophila species and the investigation of the effects of two drugs, in Rattus norvegicus.

My thesis work from 08/2016 – 02/2017 as a Lab Analyst, EuroGenetica M.S.A, Molecular Microbiology Department involved: - Solution preparation and human cervical samples handling - HPV analysis in human samples by DNA extraction, PCR, restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) and gel electrophoresis - Statistical analysis and documentation of previous HPV results
