Thesis: “Foreign Direct Investment and Tax Structuring” • Six months research work in the transfer pricing department at PwC Frankfurt under the guidance of a senior manager. The objectives of my thesis were to compare several tax structuring possibilities for foreign investment, illustrate their application through three case studies and develop a tax-efficient model for optimizing tax liability for companies doing business between Germany and Poland
