Responsible for group of customer projects in regions APAC, MEA and Latin America, with regard to budget distribution and usage, controlling of the workflow during the project runtime Periodical costs reporting, regional hourly rates planning, periodical cost transfer to Customer Teams KPIs calculating and utilization reporting on global level, Providing budget overview and analyses to Project Managers, supporting fact based management and decision making for project specific activities
