Evaluate new joint ventures, & acquisitions. Analyze financial / operational results & provide feedback on improvement opportunities.

Oversee and lead the integrated Marketing and Business Development efforts that lead to revenue generation. Ensure efficient and results-oriented support, supporting company competitive position, conveying company capabilities to key clients and being the expert on industry trends. Providing business development support to specific accounts/opportunities, & increasing effectiveness and revenue streams.

Define the overall marketing & sales strategy, & budget planning processes. Lead the sales planning, target setting, performance, & pricing strategies. Manage sales promotions, advertisement, & budget allocation. Manage sales targets setting overall the organization. Identify new business development opportunities, & evaluation of proposed acquisitions.

Manage maintenance programs for production machines & ancillary equipment. Handling break downs. Startup of the new machines. Monitor construction projects, factory expansions, & electrical power supply. Developing & implementing Technical Capability strategy, systems and tools in an operation area of various automated technologies, & developing and Launching Maintenance programs i.e. Preventive, Break Down, Work order, Continuous Improvement.
