- logistical, financial and administrative assistance to the Project team within preparation and organization of activities; - drafting and formating correspondence, memos, documents, contract letters and making financial arrangements in line with instructions and relevant procedures; - preparation to the submission of financial supporting documents for final payment; provision any other financial information and documentation as requested.

- drafting agreements on cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the ministries of justices of foreign states; - organization of meetings between high officials of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and delegations from foreign states; - arrangement of high level workshops, round tables, duty trips for the top officials of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine; translation of legal documentation from Ukrainian / Russian into English and vice versa; - provision of ad-hoc interpretation.

- planning job schedule / meetings; - correspondence with foreign business partners in English; - translation business documentation from Ukrainian / Russian into English and vice versa; - provision of visa support for abroad business trips.

- assistance to the senior lawyer on inspection of arbitration managers’ activities; - intermediation the interests of state in the courts.
