Together with the team, I work as a product owner/service designer on digital innovation projects for our clients. • User-focused research to validate assumptions, make research findings relevant and impactful for the team; • Move from the research phase to the concept, develop Use Cases, prepare physical and digital prototypes for tests; • Client work and regular presentation of results; • Facilitate Design Thinking workshops to support colleagues.

Service Design & Design Thinking Intern Work on future services and product ideas in the field of telecommunication. As part of the team, I was working on concept scenarios followed by design thinking process. Through the internship, I gained experience in design/qualitative research as well as planning and supporting design thinking workshops.
