Definition of the Planning parameters for over than 3k SKU on 2 productions plant and 3 distribution warehouses (products on make to stock and products on make to order) based on the sales analysis and the forecast. Team coordination (3 people) Reduction of backorder KPI with stock management. Purchasing cost reduction with contract and rebates negotiation in order to get the company target defined in the beginning of the fiscal year.

Yearly Production Capacity, purchasing costs and new investments analysis based on the forecast of the customers for the next 3 years (S&OP). Define plans to get to the KPI targets and if not in schedule, define recovery plans. Define all new projects time line matching the plant capacity and the customer's need. Organizing weekly meeting with all the functions involved.

Production planning based on the customer's orders. Management of the purchasing orders and the supplier relationship for the expediting. Scheduling of the approval plan for QC for all material materials based on production plan and the lead time of the analysis. KPI Monitoring and Reporting (Scheduling attainment, Inventory turn and Capacity utilization). Data Master Administrator: Manage and check of SAP data informations related to Purchasing, MRP, Logistic and Invoicing.

Production planning for 14 production lines for a yearly production of 100.000.000 pcs for different brands (Mantovani, Fresh&Clean, Tesori d'Oriente, Biopoint, Vidal, etc). Involved in new warehouse project for the definition of the pallets capability (50k plt). Reduction of the change overs with a file implementation to see in advance, in real time, the significant deviations of the sales from the forecast. Definition of the production based on cost analysis (if in house or external production).

Transport optimization, warehouse and logistic platform re-engineering, lean activity, with sis sigma theory (3 projects of 2 months each in FIAT-Cassino, Komat’su-Padova, Prada-Firenze).
