Used the EMR software Raintree to manage a schedule of up to 176 appointments per week for up to 3 full-time and 3 part-time therapists simultaneously, maintaining an average patient schedule fill rate of 80%. Converted over 300 referrals to patients and collected over $115,000 in patient copays and balances. Increased the clinic’s number of visits in 2024 by 14.23% in comparison to 2023. Improved the clinic’s schedule utilization in 2024 by 5.17 hours in comparison to 2023.

Supervised up to 12 team members, who worked either remotely as call center representatives and/or onsite at vaccination clinics as welcome desk associates. Used Salesforce for the LCHD’s vaccine portal (AllVax) and Five9 to assist and guide representatives in making and answering over 56,500 calls. Worked on various side projects — including cleaning up records, working onsite at vaccination clinics, and managing the AllVax email inbox.

Used Salesforce to interview Lake County residents who tested positive for illness and their close contacts. Listened to residents' concerns and educated residents on the physical and digital resources available to the community. Notes for a particular case helped identify 20 new potential cases and/or close contacts. Identified 10 potential outbreaks and/or exposures. Assisted the Outbreaks Team in conducting interviews for 3 outbreak cases.

Designed print marketing materials for FS’s Immediate Care, Total Joint, and Cardiac services using Adobe Photoshop. Wrote copy and designed an article for FS’s Neuroscience program using Adobe InDesign.

Provided additional help to students to solidify their knowledge of German language and culture outside of the classroom. Increased the passing rate for the German proficiency exam by 70% during the Spring 2016 semester.

Assisted in organizing AWW’s grand opening event by creating print and digital marketing materials like brochures, save-the-date cards, and social media content using Canva. Created AWW’s Facebook and Instagram pages. Brought in 137 organic Facebook followers and 72 organic Instagram followers. Brought in an average of 54 organic likes and 2 organic comments across 11 Instagram posts. Created emails with an open rate of 20% to 30%. Acquired 49 positive RSVPs to AWW’s Grand Opening event.

Assisted the professors of the German Program in performing clerical tasks. Created and managed the program's Google Groups email list. Organized Stammtisch (German Table) sessions every week. Designed concepts for the German Program's advertising board.
