• Execution of brand marketing programs and product launches for Beauty and Personal Care across Europe, with management of budgets and project teams. • Analysis and monitoring of category financials and performance, launch KPIs and industry trends. • Responsible for marketing communications briefing and implementation (Social Media strategy, PR activities and digital content). • Lead of quick-to-market projects initiated as a response to covid-19 customer needs (product launches and CSR campaigns).

• Management of local Marketing and Sales related Projects, aimed at implementing and optimizing the sales strategy, including the development of local promotions and incentives. • Cooperation with the Key Accounts to fulfill their business needs and develop business plans. • Data analysis of account dynamics and performances. • Creation, adaptation and approval of Sales, Marketing and Communication materials.

• Organization of medical products launches on the Italian market through market research, data analysis, communication with the media and the Italian distributors. • Cooperation with Marketing and Operations teams to identify customer needs and develop appropriate approaches to ensure optimal territory coverage. • Communication to clients, customers, Health Authorities and other external partners in Italy.
