I recruit into Information Management Software Vendors within the ERP, BPM/SOA and Service Management industry. I hire Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services/Consultancy, Product Marketing and Managerial/Director functions. My candidate network is not solely within these markets, as a number of my hires have required candidates from a managed services, management consultancy or systems integration background.

My principle role is the sourcing of candidates and the candidate screening. For the sourcing, I use different methods as web tracking, the selection of candidates in our intern database and headhunting. During the candidate screening, which is a real phone interview of about 20 or 30 minutes, I have to validate the professional experiences, the motivation, and the skills of the candidate.
