- Responsible for developing the new partnership between Mouton Cadet and the Ryder Cup with three strategic priorities : broadcasting achievement, business development and events organization; - In charge of the launching of innovations in Asia, assuring the implementation of new wines on Asian markets by collaborating with several departments of the Head Office such as the marketing and the supply chain; - Analyzing the depletions and stock reports

- Operational quality: ensuring compliance with suppliers and finished good quality standards, consumer complaint management, procedure update, audits; - Management of non conformities from Veterinary Agency standards: submitting corrective actions to Factory Steering committee; - Management of an Enterprise Resource Planning implementation project; - Active member of the site reorganization project - Production management (47 people, 5 weeks/year): performance management, business reporting

- Maple syrup quality control using fluorescence, result analysis; - Weekly attendance to the project leading committee.

-Ensuring compliance with suppliers and finished good quality standards, consumer complaint management; - Setting up quality documentation: HACCP, supply procedures
