Project Leader for development of new Processed Cheese range for Russian/Ukrainian market. From project plans, pilot trials, consumer testing, shelf-life to scale-up and complete start-up for launch.

Lead/support R&D activities on New Product Development, Brand Maintenance and Productivity for Middle East & Africa (Powder Dessert, Powder soft drinks, Processed cheese).
