In meiner Rolle bin ich mitverantwortlich für die Einführung unseres selbst entwickelten Gesundheitsvorsorgeplans für Haustiere in den deutschen Veterinärmarkt.

I worked closely with the German, UK, Irish and French distributors to identify potential sales opportunities for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air Conditioning (MHIAE) products in their markets to increase revenue, sales and raise the profile of MHI products. I actively conducted commercial contract negotiations (sales and marketing support agreements) with my clients and created yearly business plans against internal budgets and market observations.

Main responsibilities included customer care of existing B2B UK and Ireland customers as well as preparing quotations and monitoring all sales processes including preparing shipments and invoicing. The acquisition of new and potential clients was also in my daily focus. Furthermore I was heavily involved in dealing with several high value projects (technical interpretation, preparation of quotations, dialogue with the customers, follow-up, etc.).

My work included extensive customer care and support of international distributors and national B2B customers in both German and English. The key focus was on active sales and technical support including general data management and analysis.
