•Conduct material testing to ensure raw materials meet company and industry standards for plastic pipe production. •Monitor the production process by performing inspections at various stages to identify any defects or inconsistencies. •Perform dimensional checks and pressure tests on finished pipes to ensure they meet specifications for size, durability, and performance. •Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy in quality assessments.

Approve, implement and validate materials/process specifications. Make timely review and initiate actions for revision/modification of specifications/process. Innovate and implement various initiative to achieve the overall business objective of our organization. Responsible to eliminate technical problem related to extrusion process. Cost reduction and adjustment reduction. Implement actions for cost reduction and reduction of tire adjustments.
