- Creation of the Sales-Administration Department in Europe. - Implementation of CRM (Onyx). - Transfer of the activity to Cegetel after the disinvestment of the company in the region.

- Trigger the invoicing (license, maintenance and service) in cooperation with the Accounting Department. - Creation of a follow-up system of the maintenance for the Sales and Finance Departments. - Monthly reporting for the Holding Company.

- Participation on internet site creation. - Creation of allotment system of apartment rentals on Excel.

- Interface between the reservation center and the independent hotels in France.

- Service for Business Customers at the Paris railway station « Gare de Lyon ». - Automobile fleet management. - Daily reporting on turnover.

- Inauguration of the agency. - Communication radios and local papers. - Training of a travel agent. - In charge of all financial transactions.
