Design of inserts for mounting wishbones onto the chassis.

o Optimised the design of the In-hub epicyclic gearbox for the electric vehicle. o Managed the CAD assemblies for manufacturing ready design.

o Managing a welding team of 8 individuals for all welding requirements for the combustion vehicle for the team. o Weld all the necessary components using professional TIG Welding.

o Led a design team of 45 individuals to get the CAD made from different subsystems. o Managed large CAD assemblies. o Overlooked the design for the chassis manufacturing JIG ensuring improvement to the previous design. o Designed the accumulator for the Electric vehicle along with the electrical team. o Achieved a chassis length almost equal to the wheelbase of the vehicle (Shortest possible design). o Ended the design process well before the design freeze deadline.

o Designed and analysed spaceframe chassis for two consecutive seasons. o Designed the JIG for manufacturing the chassis. o Optimum choice of material for the chassis keeping in mind the cost. o Optimised it to reduce the errors in manufacturing. o Awarded National Champions in Formula Student Electric competition in 2017 with the Formula electric vehicle.
