o Lead the implementation of a new contract for a large deal in the Malaysia Center o Work with global transition & transformation teams to plan activities, knowledge transfer, tooling, staffing, access and controlled pilots o Implement Tower Transformation Project in line with agreed and signed-off project plans timeline, budget, and solution design o Report the status of the project o Work with the delivery teams o Provide active & periodic updates to stakeholders

o Implementation of a new Network Global Delivery Model o Transfer and consolidation of LAN support activities to Kuala Lumpur from EMEA, AMS, APJ and China. o Consolidation a single CMDB (Configuration Management Database) for Network operations. o Creation of a new Move To Production team (5 engineers) in order to stabilized the consistency of the Data in the CMDB.

o Implementation of the Network Problem Management structure in Kuala Lumpur o Responsible for all Problem Management activities within the network domain: - Identification of problems - Identification of root causes - Development of corrective actions - Validation that implemented corrective actions resolved the problems. o Ensure that Problem Analysts and Root Cause Owners understand and utilize the Problem Management process. o Reviews all PMRs and assigns appropriate Root Cause Owner to all problems

o Second Line Network Support Engineer (TS LAN: Technical Support), SPAIN (14 months) o Third Line Network Support Engineer (DTS FW: Deep Technical Support), MALAYSIA (7 months)
