• Project Management / Leadership and Strategy / Off Shore Delivery: / Executive Stakeholder Management / ERP (SAP) full life-cycle roll-outs

• Business Analysis: Lead workshops, documented requirements and built reporting solutions for the Data Warehouse consolidation project in an effort to increase efficiency, reduce overhead. • Reinsurance: Developed an in-depth understanding of the reinsurance business from several viewpoints including Underwriting, and Technical Accounting. • Technical Delivery: Drove Business Objects universe upgrades in collaboration with the solution vendor (planning, testing, and rollout).

• Database Management: Maintained multiple production databases across a number of SQL Servers. • SQL Development: Designed and implemented interfaces between SQL Server and SAP FI/CO with T-SQL, triggers and stored procedures. • Business Analysis: Streamlined quarterly closing I.T. reliant procedures in order to ensure targets were consistently met and adhered to.

Consultancy: Worked on the design, development and delivery of software solutions for a number of clients including Lloyd’s of London, Lloyds TSB, and The British Post Office.
