Innovation Controlling

Technical support & interface between the company and the customers in all areas; GF project management; production support for GF grades; close work with R&D to provide innovative solutions to technical and business issues within GF segment through an understanding of the complex customer unmet needs; continuous work with the marketing and commercial team for strategy and commercialization implementation; responsible manager for the European GF application lab.

Maintenance of quality and reliability of products at the plant; quality control at the plant; responsible for QC-lab; customer reclamations; production support in quality related issues, product transfers and scale-up; statistical analysis of product deviations and data collection; external and internal ISO-audits; set-up of quality targets and local quality KPIs; project management at the site related to product and/or process optimization; contributions to EU Quality projects.

Quality control of products and raw materials; documentation and statistical analysis of QC-data; investigation of customer complaints; participation ISO-audits; support/participation in method development using analytical equipment at QC-lab.

Work and contact with students, paper work concerning the faculty, support of international collaborations of the faculty.

Implementation of VAT (value added tax): tax-payer, work with internal and external documents of the sawmill, staff database maintenance (1C), filling the head of the HR department in his absence.
