Project Manager working for CSC and Renault on behalf of Concorde. I had to audit Renault's datacentres to enable the signing of an outsourcing and support contract, worth millions of pounds, between the two companies. During this period of time I did other smaller projects for other companies.

After all these very successful projects took some time for personal activities including travelling and marriage.

Project Manager responsible for off-shoring an outsourced financial service centre for BP France. This was the second and last stage of a project started by PwC BPO (purchased by IBM). I moved all the IT Cash & Banking services and GL to the Lisbon shared service centre. This was done on time to budget and achieving 100% availability and improved services, including some interfacing with French banking system never done before (using Etebac protocols).

Responsible to Audit and Consult both deals and information systems on several small/medium companies

Project Manager responsible to move all IT services from the Head Office building in the centre of Lisbon to a new building in a business centre outside Lisbon. This included the datacentre, all circuits connecting the forecourts in Portugal, and all international links affecting BP UK, BP France and BP Spain (worth billions of pounds of transactions). This was achieved on time and under a tight budget and praised as "raising the bar" on similar projects by the VP of Technology of the BP Group.

Senior Technical Consultant (moved to Project Management responsibility) responsible for off-shoring an outsourced financial service centre for BP France. This was the first of two stages of a project. I moved all the IT AP and AR services to the Lisbon shared service centre. This was done on time to budget and achieving 100% availability and improved services and processes than those existing before.

This period was spending gaining MCP accreditations and training

Responsible for installing and supporting temporary network installation for Aztec's clients. Responsible for improving and streamlining Aztec's production lines with increased machine builds and software builds for clients enabling an increased business.

Support Technician responsible to maintain ICT infrastructure and desktop support. Managed to reduce downtime to end users on technical issues to a few minutes in any situation due to a change in processes and operations. This bank is now part of Santander.
