• Project Leader for software department: design and development of an IDE that automatically generates C-code starting from UML diagrams and an application that performs automatic functional verification by using formal languages like PSL. • Oversaw and coordination as Project Leader of the team displaced on different sites, the technology and commercial partner in Germany. • Introduction of modern and efficient methodologies as Agile (SCRUM) and organized test procedures (Unit, IT, UAT).

• Research Contract for the Department of Computer Science, University of Verona, with focus on signal analysis and fast algorithms implementation. • As part of European Project “NIW”, I developed an app using the Symbian OS platform (for Nokia Handset). The app synthesized sounds in real-time by exploiting the N95 internal accelerometer, DSP and loudspeaker playing sound effects to simulate different trampled surfaces (augmented reality app).

• Development and support of a mission critical validated application used to keep track of all the drugs lifecycle process: formulation, production, storage and distribution. • The application was a set of modules with different architectures (2 and 3 Tier, MVC Design Patterns). Written in VB6, C# (.NET 1.1 and .NET 2.0), and SAP Business Objects XI 3.1. All connected to Oracle 9i and 10g DB. • The validated environment requires organization efforts and was eligible for inspections and audits.

Ph.D. abstract: “The Ph.D. aims at exploring a new research path in the signal processing, especially using the scale domain representation. The scale transform, the scale domain and all the related concepts will be analyzed and studied. Application and implementation of the scale transform will be investigated and various ideas of possible works will be suggested. Worked as Ph.D. student at the Department of Physics & Astronomy, Hunter College, City University of New York, under the supervision of Prof. Leon Cohen who is the developer of the scale transform. This collaboration has led to the development of an automatic system for the evaluation of the efficiency of the main mathematic transforms (in MATLAB language).

Worked with a Research Contract for the Department of Computer Science, University of Verona, continuing the work done for the master thesis on Sound Processing, Sound Analysis, Mellin and scale Transform, Matlab Programming. Designed, developed, setup and maintained the web infrastructure required for the European Project S2S^2.

The management system used to access the whole university databases has been redesigned and a new application in Visual Basic 6 has been implemented. The old system (built in COBOL) has been redesigned with Multi-Tier architecture, with new technologies like Remote Data Object and Microsoft SQL Server.

Developed a Multimedia Book/Encyclopedia with an integrated search engine. It was designed in Microsoft Visual Basic 3 using external files written in SGML with fast indexing information generated by a C++ fast indexer. The application was able to research on different type of tags.
