Develop and ensure estimating assumptions for several projects, define schedule, effort and cost, coordinate and define the overall «winFlex» strategy for external customers and AXA CH. Coordinate and ensure the relationship to the customers and represent the team at stakeholder meetings

Lead and manage a sector with 30 employee on a budget over more then CHF 12 Mio. Representing the sector at business and IT leadership meetings. Balanced quality assurance, plans, budget, scope and schedule changes. Planning, coordination and ensure the transmission from an old main accounting application onto a new SAP inftrastructure (planning, measurement, budget and cost responsibility). Organize and coordinate the replacement for all internal employees.

Starts with a extraordinary crisis management to install the new accounting main system «Princeton Asset Management» (PAM). Coordinate and deliver several new main releases as of PAM. Project management, analysis, design, cost and budget control. Implement and measure defined new processes SOX and SOP. Project management of a new data warehouse used Group-wide. Project management of a new worldwide network and new hardware infrastructure used worldwide (Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, USA)
