I've made my career (7+ years) in innovation and products with different maturity contexts and methodologies. My best experience has been as AI Product Manager of a Dual-Track Agile team (Discovery + Delivery), serving 100.000+ customers each month. What I've learned by far is that Discovery efforts, hopefully done continuously, are key to excel in product development in our current demanding times, not just in outcomes but also in working environment, retention, and people's motivation.
