Responsible for design and delivery of Pads business in Europe, the biggest segment of global Fem care portfolio. Led the design of the brand’s portfolio strategy and its product positioning in Europe and the regional Innovation stream to fit into this. Responsible as well for regional “delivery” of Pads in Europe, including P&L management and strengthening plans as well as base business fundamentals (price & promo strategies, KPIs analysis, media strategies, support model of main brand & its flankers).

Led a multi-functional team of 6 people across different functions (marketing, sales, finance, logistics) and a diverse Fem care portfolio consisting of 3 different brands worth of >100MM$ and across a multi-country cluster. Led entire “Go to Consumer” and “Go to Market” plans, adjusting strategies and plans based on deep consumer understanding & insights.

Led the full Paper portfolio in Greece, more than 40% of P&G Greece’s sales through a multi-functional team of 4 people across functions. Responsible for local strategy design (where to play / how to win), Initiative management & amplification, local marketing activation, annual targets delivery (share, NOS, penetration), go to market strategies design and execution, local portfolio strategy.
