• Used DMAIC methodology to identify the problems during manufacturing of the Grooving Tool Fixture. • Designed Grooving Tool Fixture using CATIA software and performed the vibrational and stress analysis using ANSYS. • Analyzed process parameters and carried out test run using five axis milling machine.

Investigate the manufacturing Process flow for the water heaters. Statistical and qualitative comparison between the old Production line and the new Production line. Implemented Quality Control Techniques: Lean Production, Six Sigma.
