• Develop, execute and maintain test plans, manual and automated test procedures to ensure highest possible test coverage in our HW/SW-System Test • Bring visibility and management control into the system test process by providing timely and accurate escalation of problems as well as clear and concise problem reports • Responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of different Test System HW, software and tools for various test environments

Quality Reliability Assurance Engineer, Micron Technology, Singapore • Perform product failure analysis on rejects to identify the failure modes and mechanisms that will lead to successful corrective actions • Perform initial FA, including debug data capture and analysis • Perform Automated Test Equipment (ATE) analysis as well as Bench testing and interpret results • Perform detailed fault isolation once failure has been confirmed
