Master's thesis: "Collection of CO2 Parameters in CNC machines". • Study of Life cycle Analysis methodologies like ISO 14040, GHG protocol and TRACI 2.0 standards. • Identification of emission parameters in CNC machining processes. • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sensors in Excel sheets. • Compare data trends with baseline trends from research papers. • Development of a flow-based, low-code program using Node-Red software to display overall emissions.

Worked as design consultant for FIAT CHRYSLER AUTOMOTIVE Pvt. Ltd., MERCEDES BENZ INDIA Pvt. Ltd. Pune, India and Tier 1 suppliers like DENSO in Advanced vehicle development team. Job includes concept generations of components, interference & clash analysis and vehicle integration, development of KBE templates using UG NX CAD tool for interior plastic components of the Passenger vehicles, creating detailed drawings of fuel injection rails for DENSO and material handling systems.

Worked as design consultant for MERCEDES BENZ INDIA Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore in Daimler trucks North America division.

 Joined as Graduate trainee engineer and got trained in CAD tools like CATIA V5 and Siemens UG NX.  Worked on multiple components of passenger vehicles ranging from castings to plastics components.  Worked as design consultant for multiple customers.
