My responsibilities included all of the administration and configuration tasks for a successful event with a doctor or hospital. As a team lead, have facilitated and contributed to extensive collaboration between teams. Gathered and evaluated requirements, helped in project estimation and billing as a project lead. Handled several project go-lives, knowledge base creation.

Worked with one of the biggest pharma giants GSK to provide complete CRM solutions to their medical reps using Salesforce.com and their On-the-Road apps. As a core member of the team, involved in territory management, referral management, event management, PRC hypercare, product launches, and merges.
