• Client Solutions - Worked on Certificate of Authority, Address Change, W9 Forms, Borrower Contact Information (Loan Confirmation Form), Audit Confirmations. • Securitization and Warehouse Boarding Process – Boarded new loans for master only, master primary and master primary with limited loans.

• Spreading US GAAP, IFRS and Projections financials for both syndicated and attorney loans into Moody’s Risk Analyst. • Checking the compliance of all the ratios mentioned in the Credit Agreement of the borrower/ guarantor and generating a Certificate of Compliance.
