Developing and validating control allocation algorithms in MATLAB and deploying them on the Pixhawk Flight Controller for real-time flight testing and performance evaluation.

Developed control-oriented system models for fluidic separation modules, enabling simulation and anlysis of flow behavior and performance under varying operating conditions. • Contributed to the integration of sensors and actuators for real-time monitoring and feedback control of separation efficiency and flow rates. Automated design and testing workflows using Python, VBA, and custom macros, enhancing simulation throughput and reducing iteration time by 80%.

Led the integration of flight control systems and actuators into airframe assemblies, ensuring compatibility with airframe structure and compliance with EASA/CS-25 certification requirements. Developed high-fidelity flight dynamics models to support control law development, stability analysis, and simulation-based validation. Integrated sensors (e.g., IMUs, air data systems) into control system architecture, enabling robust state estimation and closed-loop feedback.
