My work was to collect customers' orders, coordinate with riders to ensure timely delivery of orders, and monitor inventory levels. I led shifts from time to time, this meant that I was in charge of supervising the team in place, monitoring the hub sales dashboard, and solving all requests from the customer service, and the hub manager.

• Created a data quality control algorithm using Python to detect anomalies, followed by error correction and database updates. • Performed descriptive analysis with statistical methods and tests to derive insights. • Developed a dashboard to generate reports for each health center, supporting decision-making for partners and the Contract Research Organisation (CRO). • Documented electronic Case Report Forms (e-CRFs) and produced comprehensive Data Management and Validation Plans.
