 Supporting the project engineering manager by following project controlling and progress tracking.  Coordinating interfaces to other specialist departments and supplier companies.  Participating in the preparation of cost estimates for change orders.  Finding solutions to piping technical problems in consultation with the engineering team.  Projects include: MEG unit of a petrochemical complex plant.

 Leading a team of piping designers.  Creating 3D models using PDMS and E3D software based on P&ID or point cloud outputs from laser scans.  Creating isometric, piping plan, MTO, support list and hand Isometric.  Collaborating with the stress analysis team to implement 3D model in Caesar II software.  Projects include: detail design of Esfahan oil refinery (utility and off-site), Danan oil field development (Brownfield) and bioethanol plant and laser scanning projects.

 Leading a team of piping field engineers.  Creating construction documents such as isometric, pipe support drawing and mounting detail drawing based on PDMS 3D model, P&ID, Line list, plot plan and support list.  Supervising of piping construction contractors and assisting in preparation of piping subcontractor’s requisitions.  Support for site and project manager by preparing shortage material and work front reports.  Projects include: S1 oil offshore platform in the Persian Gulf.

 Creating isometric, pipe support drawing and mounting detail drawing based on PDMS 3D model, P&ID, Line list, plot plan and support list.  Completing piping 3D model up to 2” and their pipe supports.  Supervising construction contractor’s activities and answering their technical queries by referring to the 3D model and project specifications.  Preparing isometric As-Built drawings.  Projects include: gas offshore platforms in the Persian Gulf.

Preparing hand isometrics and isometric drawings with PDMS and AutoCAD based on P&ID, site visit and data gathering of a brownfield plant and choosing the most optimal route to issue to the construction team.
