• Analyze customer and consumer behavior to develop actionable and insightful recommendations • Prepare various analyses and reporting to drive new revenue • Evaluating CLV and Segmenting Customers based on the customized LRFM model • Collaborate across Marketing, Business Operations, Data Engineering, and business leaders to understand business questions that data can answer effectively • Build processes and standards that build trust with data and provide consistent metrics across the organization
