Led a team of 3 developers towards creating from scratch, a model-based (MATLAB/Simulink) Blindspot Monitoring algorithm. Planned and facilitated daily/bi-weekly scrum ceremonies; Brought down impediment and risk resolution timeframe by 36%. Supported successful deployment of the algorithm in 1 million+ vehicles across 2 OEMS and 5 vehicle lines. Supported software requirement creation, architecting of detailed design, code reviews and unit testing activities.

Developed ground-up Delphi's 48V hybrid architecture, using the Belt driven starter generator. Worked with global teams in handling customer communications and successfully deploying this architecture in the US and Chinese markets. Enabled the implementation of agile methodology in the scrum team by facilitating trainings, leading scrum ceremonies and empowering members.

Drove the complete development of control algorithms for Gasoline Particulate Filters for 3 Chinese OEMs to help comply with China 6 emission standards. Architected soot estimation models and regen control algorithms for diesel and petrol variants using PID and MPC controllers in MATLAB/Simulink. Supervised successful vehicle calibration of Delphi's global GPF programs.
