Currently I'm working remotely from Pristina, but am open to relocating or traveling to meet the colleagues and the office. In my current role as a tester at Jugo, I have refined my skills in manual testing of new features for the Jugo communication software. To achieve this, I perform manual testing of new features added to the Jugo communication software and review Jira tickets to communicate with developers about defects, fixes, and updates. I analyze logs in AWS and Sentry to identify errors and raise bugs to the development team for resolution. In addition, I collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of quality software. I create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure optimal software performance and maintain detailed test reports, documenting test results, and communicating progress and status updates to project stakeholders.
