It also involves informing Project Managers of coming deadlines about the completion of their projects • Update of new Vendors contracts in the DB Database and keeping this data up to date.

• Proactive search to prevent frauds on user’s accounts. • Working on different countries filters and research in French, Italian, Spanish and English. • Administrative tasks.

• Front of house Management, assuring a four star service. • Organization of rotas for staff. • Rooms booking on the phone.

• Guests service during the night. • Responsible of the night staff and running of the night audit. • In charge of the hotel security.
