• Credit appraisal, contract analysis, financial modelling and credit rating of infrastructure sector companies in transportation, renewables, power, social infrastructure sectors • Handled corporate securitization largely in real estate sector and other complex structured finance products and securitization of retail loans • Presentation of credit rating proposals of companies in rating committees • Writing thematic research reports including rating outlook reports • Mentoring junior analysts

• Due-diligence, contract analysis, financial modelling of project finance companies in telecom, oil & gas and fertilizer sector; along with monitoring sector developments • Preparation of credit funding proposals • Vetting of project contracts and loan contracts • Periodic monitoring of projects including active client engagement
