Leading cross functional projects related to: -Material compatibility -Material /process localization -New sourcing Tools use: -DRBFB, -FMEA -FTA.

Working in DuPont's Titanium Dioxide business. * Responsible for Caribbean clients projects * Main lab responsibilities: - Accelerated weathering test - Emittance and Transmittance test for waterproofing coats. - XRF analysis - Architectural waterborne coatings test (hiding power, tint strength, dispersion, physical properties, etc.)

Involve in 4 DuPont's main projects. 1) “FC&S-LA Construction Network” 2) Six Sigma construction project 3) Procedure update for capital projects “Minor Project Process”. 4) Localization of DuPont Titanium Dioxide laboratory and offices. Overall main activities: - Coordination - Cross functional communication - Time management - Scope Definition

Coordination of “FC&S-LA Construction Network”. Purpose of the network is to share learnings for construction point of view. To do so, I: - Create a common site for information sharing in Sharepoint. - Stablished monthly meetings with site construction leaders. - Share safety materials and manuals with the network.
