Acquisition of new clients, management a portfolio of 150 international clients, daily trading requests, currency exchange, administrative and compliance procedures

Event management, ideation of concept, event venues management, suppliers management (catering, hostess, flowers, artists), press office, mailing lists, bills management, marketing tools (newsletter, social networks), administrative tasks, Public Relations.

Event Attendant for Global Wealth Management & Business Banking division, Marketing Ticino department Gusts and costumers support during the event (most important events Film Festival Locarno, golf tournament Golf Losone), support to Project Managers during the events, reception and guest list management, organization and distribution of corporate gadgets, cooperation with various suppliers (catering, flowers, artists), post event follow up
