As CTO and member of the board, I helped to rebuild the company’s operational and technological foundation, launched 2 new products, merged 2 acquired companies into our proprietary software, and prepared the case for further international scale. The business now operates across Switzerland, Germany and the UK, serves more than 40,000 households and has processed over CHF 1 billion in cumulative payroll. Following the completion of my CTO mandate I engaged through the end of 2026 to support the transition.

Architected a configurable ERP and professional-services automation platform designed to support tailored enterprise solutions across multiple industries. Built the development team, established delivery processes, selected the technology stack and guided key back-end, front-end and architectural decisions. Negotiated, closed and delivered proprietary-platform-based software solutions for customers in the United States and Canada.

Led a profitable custom-software and business-process automation company, doubling revenue during the final three years of the mandate. Architected MICMA, a loosely coupled, fault-tolerant and highly configurable platform that enabled legacy client-server applications to be transformed into SOX-compliant web solutions. Launched and commercialized a configurable market-research platform adopted by research and consulting organizations. Managed a multidisciplinary organization of 35 software engineers,

Architected a high-volume payment-processing platform handling approximately 50,000 daily transfers valued at $6 million and supporting 600% business growth over four years. Redesigned the core architecture to improve transaction-success rates, fraud prevention, reporting, fault tolerance and platform scalability. Created an extensible integration framework that reduced new payment-provider implementations to approximately two weeks and led 30 integrations, including 24 completed within one year.

Led the planning, and delivery of enterprise software development and customer implementations, generating $300,000 in incremental revenue alongside approximately $2M in annual support contracts. Formalized collaboration across Development, QA, Documentation and Product Support, improving release readiness, product quality and issue resolution. Designed installation, distribution and automated-upgrade tooling that supported multiple product versions and reliable patch deployment across customer environments

Led requirements definition, architecture and implementation of a real-time automated battery-charging and monitoring system for Lockheed Martin supplied airplanes for US Air Force. Designed a multithreaded control system that simultaneously managed four silver-zinc batteries, including charge-flow tracking, reporting and recovery from power or process interruptions. Developed data-transfer, backup, and calibration subsystems for charging stations, with duplicate prevention and data-integrity controls.
