In my last year of my career I got the chance to work twice a week as a supervisor for web-design and development students. My function was primarily to provide a help desk for students, explaining theoretical content and how to apply it to real projects. I had to create and correct homework tasks and exams for students and fit them into the curriculum. An interesting experience, learning how to teach and work with people.

This first agency experience consisted of learning how to apply technologies like Python and Django as well as Flash and ActionScript 2/3 to real world projects and understanding the design and development process in an agency environment.
