Arne Feike

As Senior UX & Product Designer at Ambient, I design digital products from discovery to delivery, facilitating workshops, interviews, and turning insights into scalable design systems and meaningful experiences. I built the design function from scratch, lead and mentor the team, and bridge design with development in agile teams. Since 2022 also acting as Product Owner, driving strategy, backlog, and early-stage Concept Sprints to accelerate delivery.

As Digital Design Director at Selinka Schmitz, I led the conception and delivery of digital applications, websites, and interactive touchpoints for major pharma brands. I translated complex medical topics into accessible, user-friendly experiences, managed projects end-to-end, and helped shift the agency from print to digital, raising its digital maturity and driving innovative solutions that improved brand visibility and engagement.
