-Defining penalties for Dutch beneficiaries of European agricultural subsidies due to offences related to health, environment and animal welfare -Updating several databases with information about the offences -Assisting in creating mailings to receivers of the subsidies

-Responsible for purchasing, logistics, supply chain and warehousing -Advising and cooperating with international distributors -Renegotiating key contracts with suppliers (Products, Logistics, IT) -Resourcing products with European, US and Chinese suppliers -Optimising stock control and delivery cycles -Managing and developing corporate IT systems and web sites

-Administering the I.T environment (Microsoft Small Business Server and applications) -Coordinating external IT service providers -Restructuring the CRM-system -Managing and developing the corporate websites -Coordinating creation, printing and distribution of brochures and leaflets

-Managing a portfolio of existing Dutch and Belgium accounts -Inbound and outbound telesales -Performing marketing and competitor research in The Netherlands -Assisting purchasing in sourcing products in The Netherlands -Organising sales and supply infrastructure in The Netherlands -Assisting the German fulfilment warehouse in delivering orders into the Netherlands

-B2B and B2C telephone market research -Translating questionnaires from English to Dutch -Translating responses from Dutch to English

-Creating public transport GIS-maps and reports for internal and external use -Updating the GIS-system with new public transport data -Project coordination of the regional carpool campaign
