Masters Thesis: Influences of Active Harmonic Filters on YASKAWA Adjustable Frequency Drives (AFD) and compliance with current regulations. • Master’s thesis intern in Drives Motion Control Division working in Drives Team. • Complete master’s thesis within a duration of 6 months. • Develop simulation models of YASKAWA GA500 and GA700 drives based on specifications provided. • Provide YASKAWA with a well-documented report based on results from laboratory experiments and simulations.

• Student assistant for the course on Advanced Linear Control Methods. • Support students in their studies through tutorials. • Development of a simulation for the field-oriented control of synchronous motors for teaching purposes.

• Observed operation of industrial scale controller (Mark Vi-e by GE) and Ovation software. • Managed and maintained Instrumentation & Control (I&C) laboratory. • Facilitated asset management and documentation of 1000+ instruments (including hydraulics and actuators) while complying with client’s requirements for a major maintenance plan. • Attended technical workshops, safety training and drills.

• Attended training on different load forecast techniques for planning of a power system. • Assisted engineers in updating the record for units of electricity sold by distribution companies of Pakistan from 2013 to 2018.
