Process Engineer involved in industrial projects in renewables, mining, and agribusiness. Contributed to the development of 2G ethanol plants, biogas units, cogeneration systems (40 MW), grain handling terminals, and FEL-1 studies for a USD 100M iron ore project. Responsibilities included process simulation (AVEVA, AFT and Aspen HYSYS), mass and energy balances, development of PFDs/P&IDs, equipment sizing, piping calculations, and CAPEX/OPEX support.

-Controlled vehicle pre-treatment and painting processes, identifying deviations through root cause analysis and quality tools (PDCA, Pareto, Histogram, Ishikawa). -Performed statistical analysis using Minitab and Power BI to support process standardization. -Managed chemical additives and paint formulation adjustments, conducting laboratory analyses for quality assurance. -Coordinated with technical assistance to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

-Olefins Plant Intern. Monitored ethylene production KPIs and performed process data analysis using PIMS. Interpreted engineering documents (PFDs, P&IDs, isometrics, equipment lists, and datasheets). -Developed continuous improvement projects, including energy consumption reduction in distillation columns, equipment efficiency improvements, and condensate system analysis. -Built KPI dashboards with Power BI and supported process safety studies (HAZOP, LOPA) and root cause analysis (RCA).
