Schematic capture, Simulations and various circuit analysis in entire PDLC. VA/VE, Component Engineering, Tear-down and Bench-marking analysis, cost out activities and obsolescence management. Documentation and various hardware analysis – Design derating, Thermal, Power, Timing and FMEA. Interface with customer for review and clarification of the Hardware topics.

Hardware product life cycle right from conceptual stage to High volume production release for Low Volt DC products, Solar chargers, Inverters and BMS. Identification of VA/VE and CE ideas to reduce cost & Product level benchmarking. Root cause and failure analysis of the internal, customer and field returned products
